Custom Packing is Supported
Complete pre shipment inspection before delivery. Our sales and QC staff supervise container loading together. Photos will be taken for empty container layered loading goods checking and container sealing with lead seal. All records are traceable. We strictly check product specification and quantity to be consistent with order to avoid cargo damage shortage or wrong goods during transportation and ensure customers receive goods with full confidence.
For orders with urgent delivery requirements our factory can arrange full manpower for rush production. We speed up production packing and shipment to deliver goods to customers as soon as possible

Our company was established in April 2008 and is located in Jinghai Economic Development Zone, Jinghai District, Tianjin City, China. It covers an area of 15,000 square meters, with a building area of 5,000 square meters. We have about 200 employees, including 10 technicians.
We are equipped with production equipment including punches, lathes, drills, saws, and 2 sets of welding production lines. Our production is under the control of the ISO9001 quality management system. We have provided professional marketing and technical services to our customers over the past years.
Our main products are adjustable steel props jacks (telescopic shoring), gate type and step type scaffolding systems, jack bases, scaffolding couplers, formwork and scaffolding accessories.
The monthly production capacity is about 200,000 sets of steel props. Our products have been exported to Europe, North America, South America, Russia, the Asia-Pacific region and Middle East countries. We can also produce products according to customers' requirements and drawings.

Production Process Flow
Production Workshop & Manufacturing Process
We have complete production workshops for ringlock scaffolding including raw material warehouse cutting workshop automatic robot welding workshop surface treatment workshop and finished goods warehouse. Raw steel tubes go through strict incoming inspection first. The main production flow includes precise pipe cutting punching rosette automatic welding deburring hot dip galvanizing or painting finished product inspection and packing. Automatic welding equipment ensures firm connection between rosette disc and vertical tube. Every component will be checked for welding strength dimension accuracy and surface quality before delivery. Strict full process quality control guarantees stable performance for ringlock scaffolding products
